Join us for a screening of Wyland’s Blues Planet: Sounds at the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center.
With the recent 2010 Gulf oil spill in Mexico, increased environmental awareness has taken a new tone and voie in the South. In response to the disaster, renowned marine life artist and environmentalist Wyland launches the Wyland Blues Project in an attempt to generate concern and conversation through the usage of the Blues. Accordingly the film explores and advocates the need to improve human society’s relationship with the surrounding ecosystems.
